under indirect management delegation. The agreement was suspended in 2014 due to the uncertainty of
the Libyan environment and relaunched in 2016. Objectives: operational University-based incubators

Policy.
Corollary tasks : creation of a MOOC for young entrepreneurs, numerous « best Business Plan »
contests and grant allocation, more than 15 « Bootcamps » for startups, establishment of a « Coding
School » for young people, several large-scale initiatives for A2F/ micro-credit and financing of
MSMEs, organisation of over 30 training seminars (3 to 5 days) for institutions, PPP organisations,
